Process mapping allows examination of a business’s organizational structure, removal of ineffective practices and errors, implementation of changes, and improvement of customer satisfaction. By examining a business’s core processes, one will be able to implement improvements that will make a business more efficient. Instructors experienced in various industries will teach attendees how to improve businesses via process mapping.
