Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. (12 – 1 p.m. EDT)
Industry 4.0 is having evolutionary implications for the digital industrial worlds manufacturers work in. Hosted by FloridaMakes, this WEBINAR will review all nine technology trends that form the building blocks underpinning Industry 4.0. What they are, how they’re transforming industrial production and why businesses are starting to take advantage of them will be explained. Some of the nine technologies are already used in manufacturing. But with Industry 4.0, they will work together to transform production – as isolated, optimized cells come together as a fully integrated, automated, and optimized production flow. This will lead to greater efficiencies and changing traditional production relationships between suppliers, producers and customers. Not to mention between human and machine. Subsequent webinars will do deeper dives into each of the nine technologies reviewed during this first one.
